Given the growing number of cancer patients, it is crucial to increase hospital admissions capacity and improve infrastructure. In this context, the Centre Henri Becquerel’s ambition is clear: to embody the hospital of tomorrow. This initiative includes the extension and restructuring of the site, which covers more than 20,000 square metres. The new Becquerel 1 building will form the centrepiece of this transformation. It is primarily dedicated to outpatient care and will be linked to Becquerel 2 by a spectacular bridge. At the same time, part of the Becquerel 2 facility will undergo refurbishment to expand and modernise its technical capabilities.
