Housed by the Fondation de France, whose mission is to work directly in the field to provide solutions that closely match needs, the Ingerop Foundation intends to draw on its own network in France and internationally to offer its technical expertise and, above all, the interpersonal skills of its employees to the benefit of all.

Olivier Poulet, President of the Ingerop Foundation, is a young retiree who worked for the Group for 20 years, notably as Regional Director for the Mediterranean and Indian Ocean. For him, as for François Lacroix, Scientific and Technical Director, and Marie-Pierre Fally, Director of Corporate Social Responsibility and Integrated Management Systems, there is a need to pool resources in the countries where Ingerop operates. Within the Group, there is genuine recognition of individual merit and supportive guidance that allows everyone to develop according to their abilities, whether technical or interpersonal. It was therefore only natural that the Foundation was created to strengthen and structure existing individual initiatives within Ingerop, enabling everyone to find their place and thrive in a sustainable world.

 Après avoir intégré Envirotech Ingénierie en 2024, le groupe Ingérop poursuit son développement dans l’océan Indien avec l’acquisition d’EMCI, société d’ingénierie spécialisée en structure des bâtiments et en génie civil reconnue à l’île de La Réunion.

Cette opération permet au groupe de consolider sa présence locale, d’élargir sa palette d’expertises sur le territoire réunionnais et ouvre des perspectives de développement à Mayotte.

EMCI, un acteur de référence de l’ingénierie structure à La Réunion

Fondée en 2014, EMCI est une société indépendante spécialisée dans l’ingénierie bâtimentaire en structure. Elle dispose de compétences reconnues auprès des acteurs publics et privés locaux en béton armé, charpente métallique et bois, en analyse parasismique et fondations spéciales. Elle compte une équipe de 8 personnes comprenant ingénieurs expérimentés et techniciens spécialisés en BIM.

EMCI intervient sur des missions de maîtrise d’œuvre et sur des études d’exécution, pour des projets variés : centres commerciaux, établissements hospitaliers, logements sociaux et privés, bâtiments tertiaires, projets industriels et logistiques, équipements sportifs, ouvrages hydrauliques, traitement de l’eau ou encore infrastructures aéroportuaires.
