Housed by the Fondation de France, whose mission is to work directly in the field to provide solutions that closely match needs, the Ingerop Foundation intends to draw on its own network in France and internationally to offer its technical expertise and, above all, the interpersonal skills of its employees to the benefit of all.

Olivier Poulet, President of the Ingerop Foundation, is a young retiree who worked for the Group for 20 years, notably as Regional Director for the Mediterranean and Indian Ocean. For him, as for François Lacroix, Scientific and Technical Director, and Marie-Pierre Fally, Director of Corporate Social Responsibility and Integrated Management Systems, there is a need to pool resources in the countries where Ingerop operates. Within the Group, there is genuine recognition of individual merit and supportive guidance that allows everyone to develop according to their abilities, whether technical or interpersonal. It was therefore only natural that the Foundation was created to strengthen and structure existing individual initiatives within Ingerop, enabling everyone to find their place and thrive in a sustainable world.
