Triangle de l’Echat mixed-use development zone

Ingerop has been supporting Grand Paris Aménagement in managing the Triangle de l’Échat Joint Development Zone in Créteil since 2023. The nine-hectares project is located between the A86 motorway and two departmental roads. It aims to create a mixeduse neighbourhood comprising 1,400 residential units, offices and public facilities. The neighbourhood will have direct connections to Metro Line 8 and the future Grand Paris Express Line 15. It involves demolishing existing structures, reconfiguring motorway slip roads and completely redeveloping public spaces.
Ingerop is responsible for urban and inter-site joint contracting, managing a complex, phased approach on an occupied site, and coordinating all operations within a context of significant technical and urban constraints.
