The entire structure is unified by a large roof, which provides protection from the elements and allows ample natural light to reach the underground platforms.
Meanwhile, covering the tracks in a trench enables the construction of a railway tunnel and frees up a large public space, ensuring urban continuity and reconnecting previously fragmented neighbourhoods.
