Ecoquartier of Cantebonne

Located in Villerupt, near Luxembourg, the Cantebonne eco-district aims to enhance the area’s central role and provide a high-quality living environment. Spanning 17 hectares, the project includes 650 housing units and 2,800 square metres of retail and service spaces to complement
the residential offering and local amenities. The development will transform an area currently comprising brownfield land and agricultural areas by creating a network of landscaped public spaces for recreation and relaxation.
Designed as a ‘rural edge’, the neighbourhood establishes a dialogue between the town and the landscape and contributes to the creation of an ecological network throughout the municipality.
