In order to realise our ambitions and fulfil our purpose, Ingerop focuses on providing our teams with a high-quality working environment that fosters engineering success, team work, and creativity.

We are committed to staff development and nothing shows that more clearly than our in-house academy, Ingerop Campus. The Campus trains over 800 employees every year and offers a diversified range of technical and personal development curricula, as well as training courses in Health & Safety, sustainable development and environmental issues. Training investment in France alone makes up 3.5% to 4% of annual payroll expenses.

Ingerop also promotes development through employment opportunities and personal career paths that empower every employee, as they themselves will tell you.

We champion new ideas, risk-taking and entrepreneurial spirit through our IN3 programme. Every year dozens of new project proposals are submitted by team members. Employees whose projects are selected are then given the support to turn their proposals into viable commercial services.

Inspired by one of our core values – Responsibility – Ingerop encourages its employees to get involved throughout the year in community outreach initiatives (e.g. charity races, fundraising events, donation drives, schools careers events) and to play active roles in Group efforts to reduce our carbon footprint and promote sustainability initiatives (e.g. advocating for active travel, responsible purchasing, running Climate Fresks).
