We believe that technical excellence is non-negotiable: we owe it to all our clients, across all our disciplines. Investing in research and development is essential if we are to meet the challenges of today and tomorrow, maintain our technical edge and open up new markets: our investment in applied research and innovation amounted to 140,000 hours in 2022.

Supporting doctoral theses, taking part in collaborative research projects and teaching in higher education institutions are just some of the ways we build close links with the academic world on a day to day basis. We have a responsibility to gain state-of-the-art expertise in all our technical disciplines.

Innovation is imperative in our industry. Ingerop believes in the creative potential of people and fosters its free expression through the IN3 Intrapreneurship programme. Each season is a new adventure, for both the participants and the Group, as we see our service offering enriched by their most inspiring ideas.

Our Scientific and Technical Committee is a community of experts from across all of Ingerop’s technical disciplines. In addition to working in their own fields, our experts advise project managers on technical decisions to mitigate risk and help maintain the high standard of service delivery recognised by our clients and peers.
