Digital
Our beliefs
We believe that our strength lies in our ability to build bridges between digital technologies and our clients’ specific needs. Whenever client data security and a positive environmental impact are guaranteed, we advocate for digital solutions.Digitally augmented engineering
Digital computing and simulation tools give us the opportunity to optimise material usage and measure the carbon footprints of different potential construction options. Our joint development team encourages every employee to respond to the challenges encountered on projects with new digital technologies. The best tools produced by this initiative are then made available across the group through Ingerop’s own digital store, known as POM.
Artificial intelligence is an increasingly important time-saving tool for complex problem solving. It enables us to e.g. prevent faults in certain kinds of industrial equipment and collect precise data from satellite imagery and building façades.
Harnessing collaborative processes
As a forerunner in the use of BIM in the building industry, we have systematised this practice over time and extended our expertise to its applications in linear structures and urban development. We set up and manage projects’ joint data environments, and offer solutions for secure data sharing, like Scred’In, a programme developed and marketed by Ingerop. More recently we have been developing gateways between different modelling softwares and technical packages to optimise interoperability for greater levels of efficiency and precision.Towards smart infrastructure
Independent of any industry and proprietary tied solution, we already provide impartial advise and support to our partners in the design and implementation of open, scalable systems for their buildings and urban infrastructure data.
We also provide options for mitigating the risks of utilising widescale network solutions, both in terms of their carbon footprint and any vulnerability to cyber threats.
