Our Group’s governance structure comprises a Board of Directors, an Executive Committee and a Management Committee.
This organisation enables us to define our orientations, fine-tune our operational management and ensure the Group’s sustained economic stability.

Composed of eight members, including two independent directors, the Board of Directors sets the strategic guidelines for the Group’s business activities and oversees their implementation.
