Ingerop Foundation
Yves Metz, Chairman of the Ingerop Group.
Our commitment
Ingerop reached a new milestone in its history with the creation of its foundation in December 2025. This philanthropic organisation aims to support projects that will enable everyone to find their place in a sustainable world.
“The creation of this foundation is the natural outcome of our corporate culture. It provides a structured framework for strengthening our social and environmental impact”. Yves Metz, Chairman of the Ingerop Group.
Our missions
The Ingerop Foundation is involved in concrete projects in France and internationally, focusing on two main areas:
- helping disadvantaged populations through education and professional integration;
- combating climate change and adapting to its consequences.
How it works
Chaired by Olivier Poulet, former regional director of Ingerop, who recently retired, it is made up of two colleges:

It is composed of:
- Marie-Pierre Fally, director of corporate social responsibility and integrated management systems for the Ingerop group
- Stéphanie Vallerent, deputy scientific and technical director
- Katherine Hurst, director of human resources at Ingerop’s British subsidiary, Rendel
- Cyril Rollinde, director of impact measurement at Citizing, a subsidiary of the Ingerop group
- Sébastien Rabu, head of the city department at the Ingerop agency in Lyon
The external college
It provides an independent perspective. Members of the external board have voting rights.
It is composed of:
- Pascale d’Artois, president of Synchronicité
- Charlotte Porez, former director of the Re-Belle association
- Estelle Reveillard, deputy director in charge of continuing education at the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées Every employee of the group can get involved in the field through skills-based sponsorship.
“The Ingerop Foundation enables our employees, beyond their usual duties, to give meaning to their expertise and their commitment to solidarity and philanthropy.” Olivier Poulet, President of the Ingerop Foundation
