Engineering of the technical work packages, acoustics and commissioning for this project.
This project unites all of Aix-en-Provence’s economics and management degree programmes on a single site spanning 11,600 square metres and located within a wooded area covering over three hectares.
This new space houses teaching facilities and seven lecture theatres with capacities ranging from 120 to 400 seats. It also incorporates a library, a cafeteria and HQE-certified (High Environmental Quality) landscaping. The project is notable for its approach, which respects the heritage of the site by preserving traces of the former bastide in the building’s façade.
With prestigious certifications such as BDM Or and Attitude Environnement Or, the Éco Campus exemplifies a commitment to creating sustainable and inspiring educational spaces.
