ZAC La Saulaie

Situated at the south-western portal of the Lyon metropolitan area, the La Saulaie Joint Development Zone is metamorphosing 40 hectares of erstwhile railway wasteland into a mixed-use neighbourhood connected to the Oullins multimodal transport hub.
The project will provide 900 housing units by 2033, accommodating 2,000 residents and 3,500 employees. It will also provide eight hectares of public spaces, including a one-hectare linear park, as well as educational and sports facilities.
In a flood-prone area with significant infrastructure constraints, Ingerop is providing the design services for the public spaces alongside Ilex and Présents, incorporating the reuse of materials, pollution management and the establishment of a district heating network, and contributing to the planning of the neighbouring Mulatière district. Ingerop is also responsible for preparing the regulatory applications through its subsidiary Actierra.
