The Group is continuing its development strategy in France with the acquisition of the engineering consultancy Valétudes, which specialises in hydraulic and environmental infrastructure. This transaction enables the Group to strengthen its position in strategic markets and to develop solutions tailored to the challenges posed by climate change.
Valétudes, a key player in river, port and environmental engineering
Founded in Valenciennes, Valétudes is recognised for its expertise in projects relating to hydraulic, river and port infrastructure, as well as the regeneration of brownfield sites. Its teams undertake project management and preliminary design work for national port, maritime and river operators, aquatic environment managers and local authorities.
Valétudes has contributed to numerous landmark projects and has already had the opportunity to collaborate with Ingérop, thereby laying the foundations for a solid and effective partnership.
