Nº5 June 2014

This fifth issue of the International Newsletter of INGEROP is focused on international projects of urban development, planning and building construction. Two significant projects are currently being studied in that field, ie the CUT project in Bloemfontein, South Africa and the Champ Triomphal development in Libreville, Gabon. The former is a University planning and construction extension on two campuses and the latter is a development project on 40 ha of reclaimed land over the sea in the central part of the Gabonese capital. In both cases environmental quality, mobility of the users and sustainability of the constructions are major concerns to the owners. The fact that INGEROP could integrate architects, urbanists, engineers and financial experts in a global offer has been essential for the award of those contracts and our teams are currently producing the required deliverables at the full satisfaction of our clients. Both projects are typical illustrations of INGEROP new signature “Let’s shape the Future”.
