VINCI has handed over the new Koutio Médipôle hospital complex in Nouméa to the government of New Caledonia. With its 82,000 m2, the new hospital complex is the largest medical centre ever built in New Caledonia and in the Pacific region. It brings together on a single site the facilities of the hospital centre that were previously spread over four different locations.

BNP Paribas Group in Luxembourg inaugurated its new buildings in Kirchberg on July 2016. In addition to the existing BGL BNP Paribas head-office building, BGL BNP Paribas started in 2013 the construction of two new buildings (oKsigen and eKinox) in Kirchberg, with the aim of bringing together most of the employees of the BNP Paribas Group in Luxembourg on one site. The site is now a work space for nearly 3,500 employees.

2017 “Business district to live in” at the SIMI exhibition (SIMI: The professional real estate exhibition in Paris).
International winner Smart Building – 2017 Green Solutions Awards.
The shopping centre Le Prado in Marseille - France, designed by the architects Benoy & Didier Rogeon, received the 2017 MAPIC Award in the category Best Futura Shopping Centre.
The Linux project, new headquarters of Blédina-Danone at Limonest – south of France, designed by DCB International and Soho Architecture, was awarded the 2017 Grand Prix Simi in the category New Building of more than 5000 m².
The M2 tower at La Défense - Paris, designed by Valode & Pistre, which will be the future world headquarters of Saint-Gobain, has received the Silver BIM Award.
