More than one year after acquiring Rendel, the synergies with INGEROP are quite concrete. Together with Jacobs, we are the designated engineering team for the Align JV led by Bouygues and competing for four sections of construction of the High Speed HS2 project from London to Birmingham. A JV between Rendel and Ingerop has been awarded the approach road design for the Port of Tema in Ghana and Rendel is in JV with Ingerop South Africa for the checking of different bridge designs in South Africa. Before inaugurating their new offices in London at 200 Great Dover Street last September, Rendel were ranked amongst the UK’s top 35 companies in civil engineering by New Civil Engineer and have been shortlisted in the “Temporary Works (Building)” category of the British Construction Industry Awards 2016 for the Manhattan Loft (MLG) project.
Another acquisition similar in size was decided this year: CICAD in France specialized in project management on new building programs and rehabilitation joined the group in July.
Through those acquisitions, Ingerop strengthens its capacity in design and project management both in infrastructure and building construction.

CICAD, specialized in providing a wide range of engineering solutions such as design, project management, construction engineering and work scheduling supervision and coordination, operates on new building programs and rehabilitation serving both the public and private sectors.
