Ing\u00e9rop announces the acquisition of Auxitec T\u00e9cnica y Control, a Spanish company specialising in systems engineering for railway infrastructure, particularly in the field of railway signalling for conventional and high-speed lines. <\/strong><\/p>\n

This transaction marks a new stage in Ingerop’s development in Spain, enabling it not only to strengthen its position there but also to consolidate its expertise in transport automation and systems engineering for railway infrastructure.<\/p>\n

For Auxitec’s employees, this integration represents an opportunity for international development and the chance to contribute to major structural projects led by the Ingerop group, as well as access to new key customers.<\/p>\n

Auxitec T\u00e9cnica y Control: international leader in services, consulting and engineering for transport automation <\/strong><\/p>\n

Based in Madrid, Auxitec has a team of 25 people and has solid experience in international projects (Mexico, Egypt, Azerbaijan, etc.), while also having a strong presence in the Spanish national rail market. Auxitec has been recognised as an innovative company (PYME Innovadora label) by the Spanish Ministry of Science and Innovation, in recognition of its research and development efforts in the railway sector, notably with projects developed to improve the safety of people working in the railway sector.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n
