Cela permettra de recr\u00e9er un espace de vie et de promenade pour les habitants et touristes de la ville, et d\u2019am\u00e9liorer aussi la s\u00fbret\u00e9 hydraulique du territoire de Longwy.<\/p>\n<h2>Longwy, une ville au patrimoine prot\u00e9g\u00e9<\/h2>\n<p>Ville lorraine du Nord-Est de la France, Longwy est arros\u00e9e par la Chiers. Actuellement, le cours d\u2019eau chemine en souterrain dans le centre-ville de Longwy \u00e0 plusieurs m\u00e8tres sous les am\u00e9nagements existants. Il est entour\u00e9 d\u2019une grande avenue strat\u00e9gique, d\u2019un parking et du parc historique des R\u00e9collets. Ce secteur int\u00e8gre un p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre de protection des abords de l\u2019enceinte fortifi\u00e9e de la ville haute de Longwy, class\u00e9 et prot\u00e9g\u00e9 au titre des Monuments historiques.
