In order to realise our ambitions and fulfil our purpose, Ingerop focuses on providing our teams with a high-quality working environment that fosters engineering success, team work, and creativity.<\/p>\n

We are committed to staff development and nothing shows that more clearly than our in-house academy, Ingerop Campus. The Campus trains over 800 employees every year and offers a diversified range of technical and personal development curricula, as well as training courses in Health & Safety, sustainable development and environmental issues. Training investment in France alone makes up 3.5% to 4% of annual payroll expenses.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n
