Marseille (13)Located in the heart of Marseille in the ferry docks, the Terraces du Port project is one of the first shopping centers of the city of Marseille consisting of:
- A shopping center with approximately 54.000m² of rental space,
- Underground car park with 3.000 places,
- Various premises managed by the GPMM, (access to the future ferry terminal, storage area for vehicles awaiting embarkation below the shopping center, etc.)
- A terrace suspended in R + 2 of 5 000m ² overlooking the sea.
This operation was carried out as part of a BREEAM Certification, certified with the Excellent level.
