Paris (75)Conception Creation and Exploitation of a sorting center for Selective Collections multi-materials papers + packaging.
The future sorting center located at ZAC Clichy Batignolles Paris 17th will have a capacity of 30.000 tons per year on 2 workstations (12 tons / h of sorting capacity).
The sorting center will be able to house about 50 skips per day of selective collection in 6 days per week. 20 large carriers per week for the evacuation of sorted products and 20 Ampliroll trucks for the evacuation of reject destined for incineration with energy recovery. A part of the evacuations, magazines, newspapers and other fibrous products can be realized by rail, together with freight transport.
The sorting process must integrate the latest automatic sorting technologies, for the purpose of extending the sorting orders to the plastic.
The sorting center with an area of approximately 6.500 m² comprises:
• The "Functional areas" grouping together 3 zones:
- upstream reception / storage
- sorting / conditioning process
- downstream storage / shipping
• The set defined as "Tertiary space" with the administrative premises, the visitor spaces and the social premises.
