Nord Commercial Zone Strasbourg

Located in the municipalities of Vendenheim, Mundolsheim, Reichstett and Lampertheim, the Commercial Zone Nord is one of the largest French commercial zones (150 ha - 200 retailers) and is the first commercial center on the outskirts of the Strasbourg metropolitan area.

 Despite its strong commercial weight in the agglomeration, this sector is experiencing significant operating difficulties, characterized in particular by the juxtaposition of mono-functional spaces with no overall coherence, aging of equipment and difficulties in circulation.

This project aims to revitalize this sector and become a showcase for the development of commercial areas from an economic point of view of sustainable development, functional mix and accessibility.

The development concession entrusted by the Urban Community of Strasbourg to ZCN Aménagement concerns the requalification and extension of the existing commercial zone. It includes a mandatory program relating to: public equipment constituting public infrastructure and public spaces, and constructions allowing dynamic renewal of the whole sector.

Objective

The contract is broken down into two parts:

•   Part 1: administrative, technical and regulatory tasks;
•   Part 2: design and follow-up for equipment and fittings.

 Ingérop, the group's proxy, is in charge of all the elements of engineering, accessibility and regulations, as well as steering the various components of the consortium.
