The buildings were designed by M3 Architectes in collaboration with the Goblet Lavandier engineering office. The BNP Paribas Group in Luxembourg designed the project with a firm emphasis on environmental respect. Particular attention was paid to eco-responsible technologies and minimal consumption of energy and natural resources. The Group aimed for triple environmental certification at the European level, with DGNB in Germany, BREEAM in the UK and HQE in France. The project has already obtained the “HQE Exceptionnel” certification for the construction phase.

Arcora has designed a large double skin ventilated glass façade allowing a solar control, with integrated air layers, effective in all weather conditions. Internal glazing allows high levels of thermal and acoustic insulation.
