"Our company of 1,400 employees in France counts 31% of women, taking all employees together, and this rate falls to 24% within the technical teams. How to feminize our profession? We have a proof that more and more women are pursuing careers in the engineering professions and are moving into high-level positions to become company president or general manager of engineering school. With Syntec Ingénierie, we carry out a number of communication actions for high school students and engineering schools. But in these schools, it is almost too late: girls make up not only 15 to 30% of the students, but 41% of the students in its final year are girls!"
