Lieu
Agen (47)Agen today is an important connection point for the national rail network.
In this context, the proposed multimodal center including approximately 25 000 m², transforms the site’s constraints into a positive factor of urban dynamics. The space is narrow and constrained, but the complex and ambitious program can present a transformation of the current wasteland along the railroad tracks into a new area.
Eventually, the site will consist of:
- Three roundabouts.
- A bus station with 11 bus platforms.
- Parking in longitudinal superstructure of 410-540 parking spaces.
- A building of 750 m²
