Operation initiated by BOUYGUES IMMOBILIER includes the construction of:

• 21 blocks of housing (8 to 9 levels) located on the slab level.
• 1 plot "residence of tourism" (7 levels) located on the slab level.
• 2 blocks of housing (7 levels) located in the pedestrian alley.
• 1 canopy for a marketplace.

The task entrusted to INGÉROP concerns all the works (excluding equipment of the shops which will be delivered raw).
