Extension of the existing hospital and improvement of the façades of the Cézanne building

Building of 14 200 m² in R + 3 with patios, the project includes areas of accommodation for 292 beds of which:

- The Cardiology Intensive Care Unit (ICUU) with a capacity of 12 beds.
- The isolated area of rheumatology with a capacity of 8 beds.
- The aplasia hematology sector with a capacity of 32 beds.
- The neuro-vascular intensive care unit with a capacity of 8 beds.

- Various hospitalization services with a capacity of 232 beds integrating:
  • The technical platform and the intensive care unit of Cardiology.
  • The technical platform and the intensive care unit of Neurology.
  • Post-emergency service.
  • Dialysis and Nephrology Consulting: 20 positions.

- Logistics sector with unloading dock.
- Connection to the existing via 4 gateways.

This is a 100% BIM project.
