Campus Grand Val Bièvre Park in Villejuif

The development project aims to develop on an area of 800 000 m² SHON, an urban campus of an international character focused on research and innovation in the healthcare and biotechnology sector, with inclusion of other urban functions (housing, shops, services).

The site benefits from the presence of the Institute Gustave Roussy (IGR), a hospital specialized in the fight against cancer with a well established international reputation, and from the decision of the authorities to establish an interconnection station line 14 / Grand Paris Express.
